What was the highlight of Sleepy Dragon Hostel

This hostel is very affordable for tourist.

They have a free breakfast which is really a great deal for travelers. Also, they have good Wi-Fi connection. One thing I like about this hostel is that, it's only a 5-7 minute walk from Nanjing Sanmin station, and it's very near convenience stores. Also, if you're into basketball, there's a nearby court which is very convenient, just ask the staff, and they'll help you navigate where the court is. The facilities were good. They also provide rentals for towels. They also accept credit cards here for payment.

Please put sanitizer, or alcohol for inside the toilet to disinfect the toilet bowl. I think that's it.

What was the highlight of Sleepy Dragon Hostel

Awesome hostel in Taipei!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sleepy Dragon while in Taipei! The staff were all really nice and friendly, the property (rooms, lounge, bathrooms, kitchen) was all clean and very organized, the bed's were spacious and comfortable and the shade provided good darkness while sleeping. The lockers were also very big to fit your luggage which was nice! The showers were hot and also had very nice water pressure. The breakfast was very basic and simple, but still nice to have something in your stomach before heading out for the day. Good WiFi and good location as it was only a 5-10 minute walk from both the Raohe Street Market and also the Nanjing Sanmin stop on the Songshan-Xindian MRT line. The subway system in Taipei is AWESOME!

Great Hostel

It's my first time to stay in a hostel and my experience was superb. The hostel is clean, you have your privacy since every bed has its own curtain and they serve sumptuous breakfast. Also, the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a great stay and I met nice people and new friends during my stay. Thank you Sleepy Dragon for making my first Taiwan trip very memorable.

Staff: they're all awesome!

Staff: they're all awesome! Location: very interesting surroundings & great food options around Comfort: the bed is arranged in a way that (as long as you're not taller than maybe 1,75m) you can use it a bit like a very tiny room for yourself (apart from the lack of acoustic privacy of course) . Food: it is a nice thing to have your own fresh breakfast made for you when you come into the kitchen with coffee that deserves the name (8:30-10:00 > too late for early hikers, too early for night folks)

- you need to be aware that it is located directly at a huge intersection of city highways - the really thin mattresses might be an issue for some people. I got used to them, though

Good for short term stay

Nice hostel, friendly and pleasant staff, good bed and clean bathroom. I loved that breakfast was freshly prepared and different every day. Overall good experience.

The guy who helps make breakfast should reconsider his job if he's always grumpy and snapping at people. The layout of the hostel is not ideal since you have to cross the (usually packed) common area in order to go to the bathroom. The men's bathroom is even outside the main area, next to the elevators..

Familiar and comfortable

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Walking distance from an amazing night market. Very safe and clean.

It can be a little far away, but getting around is still pretty easy.

Looking forward to my next stay!

The staff were super friendly and really took their time with each guest to make them feel at home. Beds and lockers were very big and clean. Nice common space, good place to get to know other people. Location is close to the subway and just in general not a bad area for walking and exploring. —- To the staff: thank you so much and see you again! :)

I couldn’t get used to people wearing shoes inside. But I think that’s my personal/cultural difference and somehow even so it was very clean!

Sleepy Dragon Hostel was one of the best hostels I have ever...

Sleepy Dragon Hostel was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in. It has been a all in all amazing stay. The hostel is small and was very well looked after. The free breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly and helpful and the bathrooms sparkling clean.

If I had to name one negative thing it would be that the air conditioning inside the bed couldn't be turned off.
